friday again

Thanks God It's Friday Again.....gearing up for the weekend....tomorrow would be a busy day as we would be out on a company trip...remember, the one I talked about last week...it should finally be happenning tomorrow... Sunday will be at home, watching movies...am going to copy Virudhh today from a VCD borrowed from one of my colleagues...that's all I have today....the week had been an un-usual hectic one...hope things turn to better next week....till then enjoy!!!

Monday Blues

am back....from a weekend....kinda boring....did I tell you that our saturday's trip had been cancelled due to heavy rains? it was a dampner...in any case we will be off for the trip on coming saturday... so will update you then... meanwhile, weekend was a mix bag....saw 3 movies on my DVD player... "Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels", "A Beautiful Mind" and "Mangal Pandey"... first two were good but last one was disappointing... Amir Khan is wasted in the movie... speaking of which I must tell you that I am a major movie buff... what else did I do on weekend...Sunday, accompanied my elder sis to a conference on "Cherish the joys of parenting" organized by her son's school "Mother's Pride"....man, wasn't that boring? I was wondering what am I doing here... finally threatened my sis that I'll leave alone if she doesn't come along...left after a torturous 2.5 hrs of lectures...anyway....followed that with a nice lunch in Pizza Hut and also got my dad's car equipped with a new Panasonic music system...not bad...evening was smooth as usual...the weather makes up for everything in the end....it's simply awesome...

a beautiful day

am back today....it's a beautiful day here in Gurgaon...it's been drizzling ever-so-lightly and cool winds blowing....wish it could be a holiday to go on a long drive...alas, it's a friday and am in my office...but then luck is still favoring us....not much work to do today...so can enjoy the weather a bit while going to the terrace....but it's beautiful...wish I had the company of some friends to go out and enjoy.....never mind, tomorrow is off and we are going out to Golden Huts, a resort in Manesar on a company outing....should be good fun...will write more on Monday about the trip...til then ....adios.
