long time

writing after about 6 odd-months to my blog... was caught up in the happy married life... just celebrated our 6 months completion of marriage...it's a super feeling... am enjoying every bit of it with the usual hiccups or two... we were out to Mauritius for our honeymoon and now we are back in our busy lives where we are struggling to find some time off... just enjoying.

hey ppl... he he, don't think anyone has ever read my blog as haven't seen any comments from anyone so far.. so I guess "ppl" is my other name...;-) ok...am sick again...got some bad cold, cough, fever...hope it's not dengue or something...luckily today it's fine and on my way to recovery..

came across this lovely blog ... http://girlwithaonetrackmind.blogspot.com .. actually there was an article in newspaper abt the author of this blog... I liked this blog a lot... not because it contains explicit language or is from a super-horny female... but because the author has been so very honest... (at least it looks like that) .. not too many ppl can do that and least of that a female... agreed that she was writing anonymously but once she had started getting a bit of recognition she must have realized that some day she will be identified... but she still carried on.. courageous.

hi everyone...long time since I've been here...last couple of weeks have been good as there was little or no work from client plus we had a TT tournament going on in office...I participated in all three leagues...singles, doubles, mixed doubles...got knocked out in first round in singles...reached quarters in men's doubles...and finally in semi-finals in mixed doubles...partnered with my PM sharad in men's doubles...and with Vaneeta, our HR and my friend, in mixed doubles...amazing tournment....we were all grasped in the tournament...semis and finals were amazing specially in singles and men's doubles...

the weekend was a long one on occassion on Dussehra and Gandhi Jayanti...went to Haridwar with my parents...nice spiritual change from our fast-paced life in Delhi...yday, all my sis and BILs were at our home...we had a blast of time...playinng cards, cricket, pizzaz....full aish...:0

back to work on tuesday....and guess what, still no work from client..:-)

it sucks

on thursday, 24th August 2006, my colleague Anchal Gupta got killed in a tragic car accident alongwith her family. I hardly knew her except that I had seen her in lunch room many times. And my company went to a picnic less than 48 hours after her death on saturday. It sucks!
